A 10-yard commercial skip is the ideal solution for larger-scale projects that generate significant amounts of waste. With a capacity of approximately 80-100 bin bags, it’s well-suited for extensive clearances, including large-scale office cleanouts, retail refurbishments, or industrial site clearances. Perfect for handling bulky materials such as bricks, rubble, timber, and oversized fixtures, this skip is a reliable choice for construction and demolition projects, and Horrocks Waste Management can have one delivered to your site.
Its generous size provides ample space for managing waste from commercial renovations or larger-scale builds, making our commercial skip hire an efficient and practical option for tradespeople and businesses alike. Whether you’re clearing out a warehouse, refurbishing a shop, or tackling a big construction job, the 10-yard skip ensures you have the capacity to get the job done without hassle. Businesses that handle their own waste transport can also make use of our third party tipping facility as an alternative to skip hire. For smaller household jobs like a garage clearance or a home renovation, our residential skip hire range offers more appropriately sized options.
A commercial 10-yard skip is ideal for a variety of business waste, including general office waste like paper, cardboard, and packaging, as well as construction debris such as bricks, rubble, and concrete. It’s also perfect for garden waste from landscaping projects, wood from refurbishments, scrap metal, and non-hazardous materials like old furniture and fittings. If you’re unsure about what can be disposed of, feel free to get in touch for guidance.
If it is going on private property at the business then you do not need a permit for the skip. If it will be placed on public property then we will need to arrange a permit, not to worry though as we will sort this for you!
Standard hire time is up to 2 weeks on our commercial skips. If you need it longer for any reason, please let us know at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
There are certain items that cannot be placed in a commercial 10-yard skip, including hazardous materials like asbestos, batteries, electrical appliances, tyres, and paints. These types of waste require specialist disposal services. If you’re unsure about whether something can go into the skip, take a read of our terms and conditions here.
